About Amy

Amy Packer, LMT
Amy always had a knack for massage, but her journey to becoming a massage therapist did not begin until after the birth of her first child. During that first pregnancy, she saw wonderful massage therapist who relieved some of the most aggravating pregnancy-related issues. That massage therapist’s skilled touch improved Amy’s physical and emotional well being and set her on a new career path.
While at Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies, her training led Amy to discover that effective therapeutic massage does not need to be painful. By approaching the body holistically and integrating Eastern and Western methodologies, Amy works to listen to the body to provide relief in a gentle, effective manner.
When not working, you will likely find Amy hiking with her husband as they scramble to keep pace with their two young boys.
